3 Week Choreography Series
An in person journey to ignite that inner fire and empower you to embrace your sensual expression, allowing you to feel confident and vibrant in the embodiment of a choreographed piece!
I think we all know the feeling of going to a class and getting taught choreography to only at the end of class feel like your starting to remember the steps... But then class is over.
Well that is why we will be deeply journeying with a piece in a 3 week series.
To fully be able to connect, commit an embody the piece and end feeling proud of your growth.
A unique dance choreography series
that connects the foundations and structure of dance, the repetition of pathway building with choreography, with the intuitive connection to your souls expression.
In this series we will dive into:
Working with one choreographed piece
Mindfulness and how to harness the power of your body and movements to connect with your inner sensuality and confidence.
Honoring how you soul wants to uniquely express yourself through my dance choreography.
By the end, you won’t just enhance your dance skills; you’ll also develop a profound sense of self-awareness and self expression, allowing you to move with confidence and sensuality both on and off the dance floor.
What you will get:
3 weeks of two hour dance classes
Recorded in the final class (if you desire, highly support pushing yourself to)
